Product instruction

The oil press is composed of feeder, gearbox, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine frame etc. This kind of screw oil press utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber.

Working principle

When oil press is started, prepared material enters into the extruding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards the rotating pressing screw for pressing, Under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between the material and the screw, between the material and the chamber is created, which also created friction and relative movement among the material particles. On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one and to the other, hence, when rotating, it not only pushes particles moving forward but also turns then outwards. Meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating, causing every particles inside the chamber to presses different speed. Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing because it helps to change protein property, damage colloid, increase plasticity and decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.
